MTP to develop sports hall in Poznań

MTP is going to develop Arena exhibition-sports complex with usable area of 12,000 sqm in Poznań according to project by CDF Architekci. MTP (Poznań International Fairs) is conducting preparations for the development of the Arena Exhibition-Sports Hall on Wyspiańskiego Street. CDF Architekci prepared the assumptions of the enterprise. Plans include the thorough modernization of the complex with a total area of 26,800 sqm (including a usable area of 12,000 sqm) and a cubature of 217,800 meters³, which is going to be used as an exhibition-sports complex, suitable for concerts, theatrical events, volleyball and basketball games, handball and indoor soccer games as well as combat sports, with seats for 6,500 spectators. A 3-level parking garage for 700 vehicles is going to be put to use near the outlet. The investment is going to be carried out in the period 2020-2021. ■
