Multico Group is going to build sports complex

Zbigniew Jakubas (Grupa Kapitałowa Multico) announced the plans for the construction of the Lublin Football Academy in the area of Dzierżawna Street in Lublin and the planned extension of Lubelskiego Lipca '80 Street. The enterprise, to be located in the vicinity of the Lublin Horse Riding Club (LKJ), is going to include the construction of a complex of partly roofed sports fields and a sports hall with an area of nearly 900 sqm. There are also plans for the construction of parking lots for over two hundred cars. The cost of the enterprise has been estimated at 50-60 million PLN. According to schedule, the 1st stage should be finalized by September 2021. ■
