Murapol will purchase 3,2 hectares in Wrocław for construction of 715 apartments

 Murapol group has signed preliminary agreements concerning the purchase of lots on Buforowa Street in Wrocław. The developer is going to pay app. 28.7 million PLN gross for the properties with an area of 3.2 ha. The plans for the area in question concern construction of a residential complex with 715 flats, with a total usable area of 26,800 sqm and with 858 parking spaces.
Let us recall that in July we informed that Murapol had signed a preliminary agreement concerning the purchase of over 1.5 ha of land on Buforowa Street for 9.5 million PLN gross, for the construction of 350 flats (14,400 sqm) and 420 parking spaces. ■
