Murapol will build residential complex in Łódź

Murapol Real Estate is conducting administrative procedures, concerning the obtaining of construction permits for a multi-family residential complex on 2/4 Targowa Street in Łódź. The enterprise, to be carried out on lots with an area of over 1 ha, is going to entail the construction of two multi-family residential buildings with a cubature of over 106,000 meters³. Design works were carried out in collaboration with architect Anna Kowalczyk. Let us recall that in August 2018, we reported that HB Reavis was planning to develop this property on the basis of a design by Open Architekci, concerning construction of an office center with an area of 30,000 sqm. ■
