MWM Architekci develops concept for multi-functional complex in Rzeszów

MWM Architekci has developed a concept for the development of approx. 1.5 ha of land in the area of Dworcowy Square and Grottgera Street in Rzeszów for Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacji Samochodowej (PKS) coach transport company. The plans concern construction of a new bus station with service-office premises with an area of 10,000 sqm, a multi-functional complex (approx. 20,000 sqm for lease), and a multi-level parking garage with 400 parking spaces (12,000-13,000 sqm). The cost of the investment has been estimated at 200-250 million PLN. PKS is conducting talks with two funds which are to provide funding for the project. ■
