Napollo group will build shopping center in Tarnobrzeg

Napollo group has taken over a design of a retail park in the area of Sienkiewicza and Piekarska streets in Tarnobrzeg (Podkarpackie Province) from Karuzela Holding. The company is going to build a complex of N-Park buildings with an area of 13,500 sqm, complemented with 250 parking spaces, based on a concept by Biuro+Architektoniczne Plewa. The complex is scheduled to open on the turn of 2023 and 2024. Let us recall that we have reported in PREM on the plans for construction of the Karuzela retail park with an area of approx. 20,000 sqm and a construction superstore with an area of 8,000 sqm (according to unofficial information from the Leroy Merlin store chain). ■
