NCC is building BMZ factory in Gliwice

New Construction Concept (NCC) is carrying out the expansion of the production complex in Gliwice on behalf of BMZ Poland. As part of the project, a production and warehouse hall with a net usable area exceeding 7,500 m² will be constructed. It should be noted that BMZ Poland has received approval for investment support in the subzone of the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The company has committed PLN 103.3 million for the Gliwice project. Additionally, in November 2018, it was reported that BMZ Poland commissioned Hochtief Polska to build a 14,000 m² production and warehouse hall in Gliwice.
