NCC Spec Bau is going to build residential complex

NCC Spec Bau, as investor and general contractor, is going to build "Malownik" residential estate at 443 Armii Krajowej Street, near Sołtysia Street in Katowice (we signaled the investment in December 2016). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of five multi-family outlets with 108 apartment units. The project of the complex was prepared by Wojciech Wojciechowski. The putting to use of the first two buildings is scheduled for the third quarter of 2019. All the works are scheduled to be completed in 2020. ■
