NDI wants to build educational facility in Kraków for 166.6 million PLN

NDI (166.6 million PLN gross), Mota-Engil Central Europe (175.9 million PLN), Mirbud (183.8 million PLN), PORR (188.8 million PLN), Warbud (201 million PLN), and Budimex (202.6 million PLN) have taken part in the tender procedure, issued by the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Kraków, concerning the general contractorship of a teaching building with a parking garage, which will be carried out by extending a library on Michała Bobrzyńskiego Street in Kraków. A lot with an area of 2 ha will be developed with a 4-story building with usable area of 10,500 sqm according to a design developed by the local architectural office K. Ingarden, J. Ewy Architekci. 41 parking spaces have also been planned in the underground section and 106 are planned at the external parking lot. The investment, the budget of which has been established at 167.4 million PLN gross, is to take 21 months. ■
