NDI wants to build stadium in Katowice

Katowice City Office announced that NDI has offered the lowest price (205.2 million PLN gross) for the contracting of the city stadium at the intersection of Bocheńskiego and Dobrego Urobku streets. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a stadium with roofed stands with 12,000 seats (with the option to increase this number up to 15,000), a sports hall with seats for approx. 3,000 people, six full-sized (105 x 68m) training fields, and a parking lot. The investment is to be put to use within a period of 36 months. RS Architekci is responsible for the design. The remaining bidders were: Mostostal Warszawa (260.8 million PLN), Mirbud (260.1 million PLN), Budimex (267.2 million PLN), and BPBP (305.7 million PLN). ■
