NDI will build complex in collaboration with Crowd RE

PREM has found out that Crowd Real Estate is going to be the financial partner for the "Stara Cukrownia" multi-functional project, which NDI Development is going to build on Chopina Street in Pruszcz Gdański (Pomorskie Province). Let us recall that the enterprise, which will include revitalization of the existing building development, and will entail the construction of a complex of buildings with commercial and service functions (approx. 37,500 sqm); the plans also include construction of nearly 1,000 flats. The design is being developed by Studio Architektoniczne Kwadrat. ■
