Okam entrusts NDI with construction of “Central House” apartment complex in W

According to PREM's findings, NDI has been chosen as the general contractor of the "Central House" apartment complex at 49 Domaniewska Street in Warsaw. The buildings with approx. 500 flats are going to be carried out on a nearly 1.2-ha lot, on the basis of a design prepared by PRC Architekci.
This year in July, Okam announced the signing of a contract with Unibep concerning the general contracting of stage "C" (264 flats) of residential complex on Szwedzka Street in Warsaw. The works are scheduled to begin in the 4th quarter of this year and should take until the 3rd quarter of 2021. ■
