NEH is going to build retail-service outlet in Warsaw

The company NEG Nowa Epoka Handlu is conducting preparations for developing an over 1-ha property located at 75 Chmielna Street in Warsaw. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of the "Implant" outlet with a usable area of almost 5,400 sqm, with a retail-service section, a food court and an event-cultural section. The project of the investment was prepared by Jakub Szczęsny. According to court registers, NEG's shareholders have ties to the Lumarmo company, which manages a restaurant by the same name. ■
