Neinver is going to build shopping center in Warsaw

The Arkus workshop has prepared the architectural assumptions of the "Futura Park Ursus" investment, which Neinver is going to build in Warsaw, in the area of Plac Czerwca 1976 r. and Szmoty streets. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of an outlet with a total area of 11,000 sqm (GLA of 9,000 sqm) with a multi-level parking garage for 400 vehicles. The opening of the complex is planned for 2020. In December 2013 we wrote that Agmet had been chosen as the general contractor of the development of "Factory Ursus." Plans included the construction of a two-story retail-parking outlet with an area of approx. 14,200 sqm (according to documentation by Sud Architekt Polska). ■
