Nexx Developer will build hotel complex

A subsidiary of Nexx Developer is obtaining construction permits for an apart-hotel complex with a service section on Willowa Street in Szczyrk (Śląskie Province). The "Sky Resort" enterprise will entail the construction of a complex with a cubature of over 56,000 meters³. Design works have been carried out by the Katowice based architectural office Forma. ■
