NFZ is seeking contractor for office building

The National Health Fund (NFZ – Narodowy Fundusz Zdrowia), in collaboration with the Kancelaria Prawna Jerzy Pieróg&Partnerzy law office, has issued a tender procedure concerning the general contracting for the headquarters of the Świętokrzyski Provincil Branch of the National Health Fund in the area of Wojska Polskiego and Langiewicza streets in Kielce. The enterprise, the concept of which has been developed by Detan, and the functional program – by "MK Projekt" Mirosław Łapiński, is going to entail the construction of a building with a usable area of 7,600 sqm and a cubature of 32,900 meters³, with a partially underground parking lot with 140 spaces, on a lot with an area of 0.6 ha. Offers with a deposit of 800,000 PLN will be collected through January 4. The order is to be carried out over a period of 34 months (2 years and 10 months). ■
