Nhood is preparing the construction of a shopping center

Auchan Polska, the owner of the property in Białystok located at Kazimierza Wielkiego Street, 42 Pułku Piechoty Street, and Generała Nikodema Sulika Street (near the Rondo Żołnierzy Wyklętych, at the intersection of national roads 19 and 65), has commissioned Nhood Services Poland, a firm specializing in real estate investment consultancy, to secure a developer ready to purchase the plot and develop a shopping complex on it, including a hypermarket of a well-known French brand. The area of the plot is approximately 6.3 hectares. Additionally, in 2015, we reported that BEG Ingénierie Polska supervised the administrative procedures related to the development plans of Oreo Investments for the same properties. Oreo Investments, associated with A-Telecom—a subsidiary of Auchan, had plans to launch a shopping center covering an area of about 50,000 m².
