Nickel Development is going to build multi-family complex with over 300 flats in Poznań.

Nickel Development has commenced construction of the Osiedle Naturama residential complex between Suwalska and Koszalińska streets in the Strzeszyn district of Poznań. The investment, designed by Wojtyś Wójtowicz Architekci, is going to entail the construction, in four stages, of twenty-one 3-story buildings. The first stage, which is to be put to use in the 1st quarter of 2023, will comprise five buildings with a total of 78 flats. ■
