PTB Nickel will construct for Horizon RE a residential complex with approx. 250 flats in Szczecin

PTB Nickel has acquired a contract from Horizon RE concerning construction of three stages of the "Pod Papugami" residential complex in the area of Pustułki, Przepiórki and Małe Błonia streets in Szczecin. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with 252 flats. Design works on the investment were carried out using the services of architects including Jarosław Czarnecki (JCA Architekt).
Let us recall that in May 2018, we reported that Horizon RE had entrusted PTB Nickel with the contracting of the "Osiedle Bocianie Gniazdo" residential complex with
118 flats in the area of Czapli and Małe Błonia streets in Szczecin. ■
