Nickel is going to build apart-hotel complex in Szklarska Poręba

Nickel Development is conducting preparations for the construction of a complex of 12 apart-hotel outlets on Demokratów Street in Szklarska Poręba (Dolnośląskie Province). The enterprise, called "Green Club," is going to consist of the construction of a complex with 310 units and service facilities, including a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center, restaurants, conference halls and a play and entertainment zone. The project of the investment was prepared by the Trigony workshop. Construction works are scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2019. ■
