Nickel is going to build residential complex in Poznań

Nickel Development is preparing an investment in the area of 59a Lechicka Street and Wojciechowskiego Street in Poznań. The enterprise, named ST_Art, is going to entail the construction of a complex with 124 flats. Design of the investment has been prepared in collaboration with Tomasz Szmyt (Arche Plan). Let us recall that in July 2016 we informed about Gaifa company supervising administrative procedures, pertaining to development of an approx. 0.9-ha property on 59a Lechicka Street, which was to be used for the construction of a complex with a development area of approx. 3,000 sqm, comprising two multi-family sections with sixteen above-ground stories and a retail-service passage. ■
