BC&O plans construction of complex with shopping center with area of 10,000 sqm and 1,000 flats in Kielce

BC&O Polska (formerly Kolporter Holding) is planning construction of the "Nowy Czarnów" multi-functional complex on Mielczarskiego Street in Kielce. The investment is to entail the construction of six 8-story buildings and two dominant sections with heights of 21 stories. They will comprise over 1,000 flats, and the shopping-service section witll take up approx. 10,000 sqm. The concept of the enterprise has been developed by Jarbud Group. ■
