Oak Holding is going to build retail park in Warsaw

A dependent company of Oak Holding is trying to obtain permission for the construction of a shopping-service complex on Kłobucka Street in Warsaw. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction, on an approx. 0.8-ha property, of an outlet with a usable area of 4,400 sqm. Documentation of the investment was prepared by Tomasz Tomaszewski from the FBT Architectural and Urban Planning Workshop. The investment is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2019. ■
