Octava is planning renovation of retail outlet in Warsaw

Pejot Studio is the author of the reconstruction design of the "Centrum Krakowska 61" retail complex on Krakowska Avenue in Warsaw. A 2-story outlet with a lease area of 11,800 sqm, which was taken up by the Praktiker store, is going to be modernized. The works are going to pertain to the replacement of the facade, store windows, installations and dividing the space to suit new tenants. Savills is dealing with recommercialization.
In September of last year, we wrote that Octava had been planning the construction of the "Galeria 7" shopping center, according to documentation by YG Project. The complex, with an area of 12,000 sqm, is going to be built in collaboration with self-government authorities and PKP PLK in the area of Lubelska and Wysockiego streets in Wałbrzych (Dolnośląskie Province). ■
