Okam will carry out multi-family building with 276 flats in Łódź in collaboration with Grupa 5 Architekci

A subsidiary of Okam Capital has obtained a construction permit for a multi-family residential building at 132 Kościuszki Avenue in Łódź. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a building with a cubature of over 62,000 meters³, with 276 flats. The investment's architectural partner is Grupa 5 Architekci (Roman Dziedziejko). Let us recall that Okam is planning construction of a multi-family complex with 280 flats on adjoining lots at 217 Piotrkowska Street. ■
