Olejnik Inwestycje is going to build hotel complex

In December, Olejnik Inwestycje was chosen as the general contractor of the Forest apart-hotel complex, which Homeland is building on Ustronie Leśne Street in Międzyzdroje (Zachodniopomorskie Province). Let us recall that this year in May, we reported that Przesmyckiego 9 B3 Development, company associated with Homeland Development, was applying for construction permits for a complex of buildings with a cubature of approx. 56,000 meters³, total area of approx. 10,000 sqm, with 215 apartments with a total usable area of 8,200 sqm. Design of the investment has been developed by Pracownia Projektowa Olejnik. ■
