Omega is going to extend shopping center

Omega Investments has submitted an application for the expansion of the "Park Kujawia" shopping center on Kapitulna Street in Włocławek (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province). A pavilion with a usable area of 4,700 sqm, housing 12 service points, is going to be built on the basis of documentation prepared by architect Wojciech Sieradzki from the B.P. Niebudek 2 workshop. Additionally, a Lidl outlet and a fuel station are also going to be built on the property. Works are most likely going to be completed next year. In November 2018 we informed that Mirbud had been chosen as the general contractor of the previous stages of the enterprise. The contract, worth 58.5 mln PLN, pertained to the construction of a retail park and a Castorama superstore with a usable area of over 16,700 sqm. The complex is also going to contain an Agata furniture showroom (approx. 7,000 sqm). The architectural assumptions of the investment were prepared by the Ortech workshop. ■
