Omnitech will carry out office building in Rybnik

Omnitech has purchased an office building adjoining Business Center K1, which they are managing at 30, 3 Maja Street in Rybnik (Śląskie Province). The building with a usable area of nearly 1,900 sqm will undergo modernization and will be connected to the complex. The works are scheduled to be finalized in the 2nd half of 2022. The design of Business Center K1 (usable area of approx. 7,500 sqm), which also includes revitalization of the current building, has been developed by Top Projekt from Rybnik. ■
