Opex will erect for Sindbad Dom a residential complex with nearly 140 flats in Opole

Opex has commenced construction of the "Nowe Przylesie" multi-family complex at 10 Sudeckiej Dywizji Zmechanizowanej Street in Opole for Sindbad Dom. The enterprise is going to entail construction of two 5-story buildings with a total of 137 flats with usable areas of 30-69 sqm each. Documentation of the investment has been prepared by architect Mirosław Palej from the local workshop Techno Arch. ■
