Opex will construct office building in Wrocław

Archicom is building the "City Forum" office complex with a lease area of 24,000 sqm at the intersection of Traugutta and Pułaskiego streets in Wrocław. The investment is going to be carried out on a lot purchased for nearly 41 million PLN gross. Construction of shell structure of the 1st stage (12,000 sqm) has been entrusted to Opex. In March 2016 we reported that Archicom entrusted Opex with the contractorship of the "Róży Wiatrów" residential complex on Róży Wiatrów Street in Wrocław. ■
