OPG is planning construction of "Fern Office"

OPG Property Professionals is preparing the construction of the multi-functional "Fern Office" building on the premises of the former Ramisch factory on Piotrkowska Street in Łódź. A 6-story outlet with a usable area of 7,600 sqm is going to be built there on the basis of documentation which was prepared by NOW Biuro Architektoniczne. A 6-story garage is also planned, as are 222 parking spots on the property along Sienkiewicza Street. The investment is scheduled to begin at the turn of 2019 and 2020, and it should be completed in the last months of 2021. Let us recall that the contractor of the previous stage of the "Off Piotrkowska" complex was Budimex, which built an office building with a lease area of 5,500 sqm. ■
