Orkan RE is going to build 5-star Mercure hotel

Orkan Real Estate has signed a preliminary franchise agreement with Accor Group, concerning construction of the Bergo Hotel & Resort complex in Szklarska Poręba (Dolnośląskie Province), which is going to operate under the Mercure brand. The enterprise, which we initially mentioned in October 2018, is going to entail the construction, by the 4th quarter of 2021, of a complex with 119 five-star apartments, managed by Portfel Inwestycyjny Management (PI Management). Let us recall that Orkan Real Estate, company associated with Soho Development, is going to build a hotel with a cubature of 37,000 meters³ on Okrzei Street. Design works have been carried out in collaboration with architect Przemysław Smuszkiewicz (ESPS Architekci). ■
