P3 is preparing construction of logistics center

P3 Zabrze, subsidiary of P3 Logistic Parks, has obtained a positive decision, concerning environmental constraints for the construction of a logistics center in Dębieńsko town in Czerwionka-Leszczyny commune (Śląskie Province). The plans concern development of lots with a total area of 31.6 hectares, which are to be used for the construction of three buildings with a total development area of 184,000 sqm. The hardened surfaces will take up 8.9 hectares, out of which 1.7 ha has been assigned for a parking lot for trucks and passenger cars. ■
