P50 will build hotel complex in Kołobrzeg

P50, company associated with Seaside Apartments, is conducting administrative procedures, concerning the development of a property with an area of 1.6 ha on Arciszewskiego Street in Kołobrzeg (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The enterprise will entail the construction of a hotel-guesthouse complex with service premises and an underground parking garage, with a cubature of over 90,000 meters³. Design works are being carried out in collaboration with JEMS Architekci (Jerzy Szczepanik-Dzikowski).
