Panattoni has commenced construction of logistics center

Panattoni has commenced the construction of "Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska III" in Ruda Śląska. The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of outlets with a total area of 70,000 sqm (halls: 46,500 sqm and 24,500 sqm). The complex is going to be located near the A1 and A4 highways, near the center of the agglomeration. Representatives of the investor have not revealed to us the name of the general contractor of construction works. Let us recall that in November of last year, we informed that Mirbud had been entrusted with the construction of "Panattoni Park Ruda Śląska II" on Gen. J. Hallera Street. The contract, worth approx. 90 mln PLN, consists of outlets with a total area of 55,000 sqm. Additionally, we also wrote in PREM that Panattoni has obtained permits for the construction of a warehouse-production hall witha  cubature of over 415,000 meters³ in the area of Szyb Walenty in Ruda Śląska. Ferma Kresek collaborated on the procedures. Bremer has been entrusted with general contracting of the enterprise. ■
