Panattoni is commencing construction of logistics center

Panattoni Europe has commenced construction of the first hall (23,300 sqm) as part of a logistics center, which will be built in Nowa Wieś Legnicka on the border with Legnica (Dolnośląskie Province), near the intersection of A4 motorway and National Road No. 3 (E65). General contracting of the building has been entrusted to Goldbeck. The complex named "Panattoni Park Legnica", designed by Ferma Kresek, is going to have a total area of over 100,000 sqm. ■
