Panattoni is planning construction of logistics center

Panattoni Development Europe is preparing construction of the Panattoni Park Stargard logistics-warehouse complex on Metalowa Street in Stargard (Zachodniopomorskie Province). The plans concern development of a 30-ha property, which will be used for the construction of 3 warehouses with a total area of approx. 172,000 sqm (57,000 sqm each). Let us recall that, as we reported in PREM 954 in 2019, Panattoni built a factory with an area of 13,000 sqm in Stargard for Hydroline, based on a design by Bartosz Całka from Ferma Kresek. ■
