Panattoni is going to build logistics-warehouse park with area of app. 60,000 sqm in Konotopa n. Warsaw

Panattoni Europe's preparations for the construction of the "Panattoni Park Konotopa III" logistics-warehouse center in the area of Rajdowa and Piastowska streets in Konotopa (Mazowieckie Province) are currently at the stage of choosing the general contractor. Two halls with a total area of over 58,000 sqm (20,600 sqm and 37,600 sqm) are going to be built in the immediate vicinity of the junction of A2 motorway and S8 expressway. The first facility is to be completed by this September.
Let us recall that last year in June, we reported that Panattoni had entrusted Antczak Construction with the contracting of a hall with an area of 22,500 sqm in Konotopa; the building is a part of the "Panattoni Park Warszawa Konotopa II" complex. ■
