Panattoni is planning to build production-warehouse complex with cubature of 117,000 meters³ in Opole

Panattoni Europe is applying for a construction permit for a production-warehouse-service complex in Opole near the DK46 road, in Wrzoski and Wyrębiny districts. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of a complex with a cubature of 117,000 meters³. Let us recall that in March 2019, we reported that Panattoni was conducting preparations for the construction of a complex of production-warehouse-logistics buildings with a cubature of 565,000 meters³ in the area of Partyzancka, Powstańców Warszawskich (DK94 road) and Północna streets in Opole. Design works were carried out in collaboration with architect Leszek Marszałek (SP Spart). ■
