Panattoni will build, according to design by Ferma Kresek, a logistic center with area of 63,000 sqm in Lubicz n. Toruń

Panattoni Europe is going to begin the construction of the "Panattoni Park Toruń II" distribution center in Lubicz Dolny, near the Lubicz road junction, at the intersection of the A1 highway with National Road Number 80. The complex, designed by the Ferma Kresek workshop, is going to consist of two halls with a total area of over 62,500 sqm. Construction works are scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of this year, and the outlets are going to be handed over to users in the first quarter of next year. According to the information we obtained, the general contractor has not yet been chosen. ■
