Panattoni will expand by over 10,000 sqm the Panattoni Park Tychy complex

Panattoni Europe is going to develop "Panattoni Park Tychy" logistics complex in Tychy (Śląskie Province). Works are scheduled to be completed in February 2021. As a result of the investment, the developer is going to manage a complex of outlets with a total area of almost 53,000 sqm. The Regesta Company is going to use the new section, which is currently operating on 6,500 sqm. Let us recall that in July of last year, we informed about Panattoni's plans for the putting to use halls with an area of approx. 70,000 sqm, in the area of Oświęcimska and Świerczyniecka streets. ■
