Panattoni in cooperation with Marvipol will build a logistic center in Sękocin Nowy with area of 38,000 sqm

Marvipol has informed about the signing, on April 12, of an agreement with Panattoni's dependent enities concerning the construction of the "Warsaw South" development project in the area of Warsaw (we wrote about the investment in October of last year). The enterprise, which is located in Sękocin Nowy (on the border of Wolica and Słomin), in the area of Sękocińska and Pęcicka streets next to the Janki junction of the S8 express road, is going to consist of the construction of outlets with a total area of over 38,000 sqm. Additionally, Marvipol Logistics has transferred a loan of 6.4 mln euro to its special purpose company for the purchase of the property. ■
