Panattoni will build logistics center near Nadarzyn

Panattoni Europe has informed about the purchase of a 12.5-ha property in the area of the S8 road, in Nadarzyn near Warsaw. The "Panattoni Park Warsaw South" complex of halls with an area of almost 54,000 sqm is going to be built on the property. Works are scheduled to begin in January 2021. In October, the investor applied for permission for the construction of a complex with a cubature of over 165,000 meters³ in Sękocin Stary, near Nadarzyn. The company is already managing two halls with an area of 38,000 sqm in this location. Let us recall that in June 2018, we informed about the developer entrusting Pekabex with contracting of the outlets. Meanwhile, in April 2018 we wrote about an agreement between Marvipol and Panattoni's dependent entities concerning the construction of the development project "Warsaw South" in the area of Warsaw. ■
