Panattoni will build logistics center near Włocławek

Panattoni Europe is conducting preparations for the construction of the Panattoni Park Włocławek complex near the town of Słone (Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province), by the A1 motorway. The enterprise is going to entail the construction of buildings with an area of over 39,000 sqm. Let us recall that in May 2017, we reported that Panattoni had signed a preliminary agreement with Kongsberg concerning construction of a factory on 6 ha of land in Brześć Kujawski near Włocławek. The cost of the enterprise has been estimated at 150 million PLN. ■
