Park Wejherowo is preparing shopping center in Wejherowo

Park Wejherowo company is preparing the development of a property in the area of Sienkiewicza, Wałowa, Srebrny Potok, and Św. Jana streets in Wejherowo (Pomorskie Province). The investment's partners include MTDI Group, Wądołowski Architekci, Eudeco, and Mallson. Let us recall that in April 2021, we reported that the latter is involved in preparing the investment, concerning construction of a shopping complex with 50 stores and with parking lots for 340 vehicles in Wejherowo. The area of the complex has been estimated at approx. 16,000 sqm. According to court registry, Park Wejherowo's shareholder is Elkabel.
We have also written in PREM that Arka Bud was planning to use this property for the construction of a shopping center with an area estimated at approx. 30,000 sqm. Originally, the investor was going to be Rank Progress, who was planning to build "Galeria Srebrna", based on a design by Arkon Studio. ■
