Partner Development will build shopping center

Partner Development, a company which according to court registers has ties to Retail Partners, is trying to obtain permits for the construction of a complex of retail-service outlets in Chojnice (Pomorskie Province). The enterprise is going to consist of the construction of buildings with a total cubature of over 50,000 meters³. The project was prepared by Marcin Wydorski (Kontrast) and Tomasz Simiot (Milmore).
Let us recall that in March of last year we informed about the collaboration of Retail Partners on locating a retail park with a lease area of 6,500 sqm in Chojnice, in the area of Strzelecka, Bytowska and Reymonta streets. ■
