PAS Projekt will develop program for research center with area of 2,200 sqm in Warsaw

Łukasiewicz – Industrial Chemistry Institute (Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Instytut Chemii Przemysłowej im. Prof. Ignacego Mościckiego) has chosen the offer submitted by PAS Projekt (234,000 PLN gross) in the tender procedure, concerning the development of the functional-usability program for the Mościcki Competence Center (Mościcki Campus) on 8 Rydygiera Street in Warsaw. Documentation, concerning adaptation of a part of the existing building with an area of 2,200 sqm for research and laboratory purposes, is going to be completed by October 15 2023. The other bidders in the procedure were: Grupa Azoty Polskie Konsorcjum Chemiczne (338,000 PLN), Instal-Tech (390,000 PLN), and BBC Best Building Consultants (393,000 PLN). ■
