PB Granit is building residential complex in Gdańsk

Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Granit (PB Granit) is conducting works on the construction of the "Bursztynowa Zatoka" residential complex in the area of Starowiejska and Sucha streets in Gdańsk for Atal. The investment, which we initially mentioned in PREM 1054, is going to entail the construction of six buildings for over 500 families in total. The 1st stage, which is to be put to use in June 2023, is going to entail the construction of two buildings with a total of 148 flats sized 31-87 sqm each and 4 shopping-service units. The design of the investment has been developed by KD Kozikowski Design. ■
