PB Unimax is going to build multi-family complex

Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Unimax (PB Unimax) has been chosen as the general contractor of the D77 multi-family residential complex, which Tree Development Group is planning to build at 77 Drewnowska Street in Łódź. The enterprise, which we mentioned in November 2018, is going to entail the construction of a complex with 276 apartments and lofts by the end of 2022. The design of the investment has been prepared by Kiwiarchitektura. ■
