PBO Śląsk and MTM Budownictwo offer to build a hotel and training complex in Zbąszyń for approximately PLN 124 million

The consortium of PBO Śląsk and MTM Budownictwo (PLN 123.6 million), Terlan (PLN 133.7 million), SKB LDR (PLN 144.9 million) and Budimex (PLN 153.4 million) have submitted bids in a tender organised by Polish State Railways (PKP PLK). The contract, with a budget of PLN 133.5 million, concerns the expansion of the Railway Security Guard's Vocational Training and Service Dog Breeding and Training Centre at 8 Rejtana Street in Zbąszyń, Wielkopolskie Province. The project, located on a 2.7-hectare site, will include a two-storey training building with a footprint of 1,900 m² and a three-storey hotel with a footprint of 2,100 m² for course participants and staff. Based on a concept prepared by Galicki Sypniewski Architekci, the development is expected to be completed within 45 months (three years and nine months).
